UFI Filters, a major player in the filtration industry, continues to prioritize the heavy-duty aftermarket sector as a key focus for 2024. The company has significantly enhanced its heavy-duty filter range, introducing 78 major new products for a wide variety of vehicles over the past year.

Despite already making significant expansions to its HDV aftermarket lineup in recent years, UFI has further strengthened its offerings. Of the 78 new products launched in 2024, 67 cater to the off-road sector, while 11 serve the truck and bus markets. These additions include five new oil filters, eight fuel filters, seven air filters, six cabin filters (for off-road use), 51 hydraulic circuit oil filters, and one water filter (for trucks).

With these new products, UFI’s heavy-duty aftermarket range is now more comprehensive than ever, boasting over 1,400 part numbers for on- and off-road applications. Over the last three years, from 2022 through 2024, UFI has introduced an impressive total of 466 new references, including 371 for off-road vehicles and 95 for trucks.

This continuous growth reflects UFI’s commitment to its aftermarket customers, who benefit from the company’s substantial, year-over-year investments in the heavy-duty aftermarket sector. It also underscores UFI’s extensive expertise in original equipment (OE) manufacturing, supplying filters for 50% of heavy-duty vehicles produced worldwide. UFI’s advanced technologies enable the company to consistently update its aftermarket catalog with products that meet the same high standards as its OE components.

Among UFI’s recent accomplishments in heavy-duty original equipment is the development of the filtration module for FPT Industrial’s Cursor XC13 engine, the flagship engine in FPT’s lineup. Additionally, UFI designed the oil filter for Daimler Truck AG’s HDEP (Heavy-Duty Engine Platform) OM471 engine, used in Mercedes-Benz Truck applications. The OE oil filter cartridge for this engine is now part of UFI’s heavy-duty aftermarket catalog.

UFI’s partnerships with other major manufacturers, including Weichai, MAN, Iveco, and New Holland, as well as off-road brands like FPT and SAME Deutz-Fahr, further solidify its reputation as a trusted provider of high-quality filtration solutions.
