Despite the unit being its latest creation, it’s the line’s big sister: MB Crusher’s new MB-HDS523 shafts screener bucket.
Like the unit’s younger sisters, it’s designed and built to be a real wild card on the job site: the unit adapts to different application areas and selects numerous materials without needing specialized personnel or special training.
What advantages does the unit have on a technical level?
- It’s the only unit with five shafts positioned to ensure a greater production and processing speed. The “V Shaft System”’s designed to create a simultaneous dual screening effect and increase production.
- The concealed comb allow the material to flow and enter the shats without blocking or jamming the unit.
- The shafts screener’s front upper casing can be removed to give the machine a greater closing angle and increase production.
- It’s powered by two motors to ensure consistent and fast performance.
What excavators is the unit compatible with?
The new MB-HDS523 shafts screener bucket is compatible with excavators that have an operating weight of 60,000 to 90,000 pounds.
What job sites can I use it on?
The unit is designed for sites where having stronger and tougher equipment is necessary, for example, quarries that treat large quantities of materials such as coal and phosphate. The unit can move, sift, and aerate huge quantities of soil in excavation, earthmoving, large pipeline and road work projects.
What is the unit made out of?
The parts subjected to wear are protected by additional Hardox steel slabs; the bracket and frame are also thicker to ensure greater efficiency.
Is maintenance easy?
- The greasing system is centralized to simplify and speed up maintenance operations.
- In a few minutes, the shafts can be changed and replaced directly on site. The patented system keeps the rotating supports firm; the shafts are extracted and repositioned easily.
