The groundbreaking ceremony of the Zoomlion Yuanjiang Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park Construction Project was held on August 26, marking the official beginning of transformation and upgrading of the Zoomlion Yuanjiang Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park. After completion, the Zoomlion Yuanjiang Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park will become a high-end automatic, digital and intelligent industrial park integrating smart products, manufacturing and services.

The construction of the former Zoomlion Yuanjiang Industrial Park was started in 2007 and the park officially went into operation in 2009 with an area of 268 mu. Besides, over 11 years after entering Yuanjiang, the park has cultivated a large pool of backbone talents for enterprises under the support of Yiyang Municipal Party Committee, Yiyang Municipal Government, Yuanjiang Municipal Party Committee and Yuanjiang Municipal Government and its gross output reached over 24 billion. Additionally, while enterprises here developed greatly, positive contributions were made to the local new industrialized construction and local economic growth.
The Zoomlion Yuanjiang Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park Construction Project was born on the background of rapid economic development of Yuanjiang and the accelerating transformation and upgrading of Zoomlion over recent years.
It is known that the new Zoomlion Yuanjiang Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park is located in Yuanjiang Development Zone, with a total area of construction land of 367 mu. The project is a 4.0 intelligent manufacturing industrial park that Zoomlion endeavors to build, which focuses on products like mixer trucks, raising the manufacturing level to the 4.0 standard and making products and quality to step into a brand-new phase. After completion and operation, the project will achieve the capacity of 10,000 mixer trucks per year step by step and hit the annual output value of RMB 5 billion.

Tao Debao, the Secretary of Yuanjiang Municipal Party Committee, said in his speech that promoting high-quality development couldn’t be achieved without the growth and improvement in real economy. The Zoomlion Yuanjiang Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park Construction Project is the first 4.0 equipment manufacturing project in Yiyang and even in Hunan Province and will be built into an industry benchmark in China to lead Yuanjiang’s equipment manufacturing to step into a new phase and to increase more strength, pride and power for high-quality development of Yuanjiang.
